Documents required to open a brewery:
The first choice is to register a business license, and then apply for health certificates, sanitation permits, fire protection certificates, etc.
Then apply for a food business license. After the equipment is installed and debugged, the brew will be sent to the local Food and Drug Administration after the inspection report, and the food business license will be registered.
Documents required to open a craft brewery
Craft beer has set off a wave of heat in the country, rising rapidly at an incredible speed. Opening a craft brewery is an inevitable trend of development.
Opening a craft brewery is the dream of many craft lovers. However, the cumbersome application process has made many people crazy. Many steadfast dream chasers are working hard in various ways to get everyone to drink good wine. What's more (driving without a license) This is because I, the brewing equipment producer, is also very anxious. To put it bluntly, you can’t do it. It turns out that my equipment is useless.
The dream must be persisted! What if it happens!
Collect information, consult relevant professionals, and talk about how to build this craft brewery! We can't escape when there are difficulties! To conquer, or it will be a big problem in the future!
In theory, starting a winery requires one approval, one license, two assessments, and one permit. Preliminary work: 1 project establishment, project approval, 2 business license, 3 environmental assessment, 4 fire assessment.
Later work: 1 food production license
According to national regulations, projects that may cause environmental pollution and ecological damage must undergo an environmental impact assessment at the stage of feasibility study before other preliminary procedures can be processed. Therefore, the brewery is no exception. The environmental assessment work must be carried out before the start of construction and only after the approval of the Environmental Protection Agency can be applied for the start-up permit.
1、Project approval: A winery’s bid must first be approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, because the National Development and Reform Commission’s 2013 plan set a bottle production line with an hourly capacity of 18,000 bottles or less as a national phase-out light industry production line. If you want to get approval, you must first consider whether the production capacity of your own production line meets national standards. However, the audit standards are different in each place, so it is best to check the local standards. (Guide to national standards and execute in accordance with local standards.) If the filling capacity cannot meet the national or local standards, it is not absolutely impossible to obtain the "application project approval report".
It is estimated that many people in this section can hardly achieve this output. Response policy: We do not produce bottled beer. (We produce barrel beer)
2、Business license: no redundant explanation
3、Environmental assessment:
1)First of all, the land where the brewery is located is industrial land, and other types of land will not be accepted directly
2)Find the EIA unit to write the EIA document (when the EIA unit is preparing, it only needs to provide the information according to their requirements. Usually first go to the site to understand the specific situation of the surrounding environment; then it will require a feasibility study to understand the scale of the proposed project, Process, raw materials, etc. In the case of the report form, these contents are basically enough; if it is a report, it also needs monitoring, public reference, etc.. It will be clear if you ask the environmental impact assessment unit. Before asking the environmental assessment unit for quotation, figure out the surroundings of the project Whether there are environmentally sensitive spots such as nature reserves, water sources, residential areas, etc., it is enough to find out the main investment body of the project, the preliminary examination and approval procedures, investment, scale, and technology.)
4、Fire assessment: fire hydrants, fire passages, etc. are easier to pass
5、Food production license: This license needs to go to the local Food and Drug Administration to apply for it. The window will tell you the specific materials that need to be prepared!
Preparation materials: 1) food production license application, 2) business license, 3) food production and processing site and its surrounding environment plan, 4) layout plan of each functional area, 5) layout of process equipment, 6) flow chart of food production process , 7) List of main equipment and facilities for food production, 8) Purchase inspection records, production process control, factory inspection records, food safety self-inspection, health management of employees, unsafe food recall, food safety accident handling, 9) Guarantee food safety A series of related materials such as the rules and regulations of the company, 10) personnel requirements: laboratory technicians, 11) the products shipped by themselves are tested to ensure that the products are qualified before they can leave the factory (see the local Food and Drug Administration to do a test report after drinking alcohol)
Standards for the discharge of wastewater from breweries
1、Control and management of pollutants produced in the production of beer and malt
The standard stipulates the concentration limit of pollutant emission in the beer industry and the pollutant emission per unit product. The beer wastewater discharge standard is applicable to the pollutant discharge management of the existing beer industry, as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, completion acceptance, and pollution control and management of new, expanded and rebuilt beer industry construction projects. The quasi-applicable scope of beer wastewater discharge is the control and management of pollutants generated during the production of beer and malt.
2、Quality standard reference
2.1 Beer industry wastewater shall not be discharged into the drinking water source protection areas and swimming areas of Class I, II and III waters specified in the "Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard" (GB 3838), and shall not be discharged into the "Sea Water" Marine fishery waters and marine nature reserves in Class I sea areas specified in "Water Quality Standards" (GB 3097).
2.2 The beer industry wastewater discharged into the urban drainage system of a secondary sewage treatment plant that has been built and put into operation shall comply with the requirements of the pretreatment standards in Table 1.
2.3The beer industry wastewater discharged into natural water bodies after treatment shall comply with the regulations of Table 1 discharge standards.
2.4Standard values Since January 1, 2006, the wastewater discharge of newly-built enterprises shall comply with the discharge limits in Table 1. From January 1, 2006 to April 30, 2008, the wastewater discharge of existing enterprises is still in accordance with the regulations of GB 8978-1996. From May 1, 2008, the wastewater discharge of existing enterprises is subject to Table 1 Emission limits.
