Exhaust device: The saccharification pot is equipped with an exhaust tube, and a ventilation device is also installed in the operation room to ensure timely exhaust of indoor gas.
Mechanical part: Check the filter tank and other equipment, such as the tiller, the motor of the stirring, the fixing bolts of the reducer, the connecting parts, etc., whether there is any looseness, abnormality, and whether the oil level of the engine is normal. After wiring, turn on the power and adjust the direction of rotation. Test run, and feed materials after correctness.
Level gauge: Check whether the glass tube is damaged or not, and it can leak only after it is correct.
Requirements: Steam heating type, the steam pressure is adjusted to 0.15 to 0.2MPA, and the water level in the saccharification pot shall not be lower than the upper limit of the heating jacket.
