2. Add 15% juice, the beer is clear and transparent, without suspended matter, white and fine foam, with obvious fruit aroma, no aging taste, pure taste, refreshing and mellow, and sufficient gas content.
3. Add 20% juice, the beer has slight loss of gloss, no suspended matter, white and coarse foam, obvious fruity aroma, and uncoordinated taste. Adding 25% juice, the beer has a slight loss of gloss, the foam is white and coarse, the fruity taste is too heavy, and the taste is not strong.
The effect of hops on the quality of fruit beer
1. Adding 0.04% hops, the beer flavor is insufficient, and the wine body is not transparent.
2. Adding 0.06% hops, the beer has a pure flavor and a clear hop aroma.
3. Adding 0.08% hops will increase the bitterness of the beer and make the overall uncoordinated.
4. Add 0.1% hops, the bitterness of beer is very obvious, not suitable for popular taste.
